General Information

Unless specified by the show, PPG Paints Arena’s camera policy is to allow digital or 35mm cameras with no detachable lenses. Video recorders are prohibited inside PPG Paints Arena unless approved in advance by show or building management.

All children two years of age and over are required to have a ticket for admission into any event unless specifically requested (e.g. Sesame Street Live’s policy of children of one year of age or older.)

Any child that does not require a ticket must be able to sit in the lap of a parent or guardian.

All ushers, t-shirt security, special police security, ticket takers, directors, cleaning services, and all other event staff employees are provided in-house.

Once patrons exit the building, re-entry is not permitted except with an unscanned ticket.

PPG Paints Arena security is a combination of in-house and contracted personnel. During non-event hours, security is located inside the loading dock area.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside PPG Paints Arena. Smoking inside PPG Paints Arena is punishable by a fine of up to $300.
