Booking Policy:
- Events can be booked 60 days in advance
- Rental fee is based on 5 hours (unless stated otherwise). You'll have access to the facility two (2) hours prior to the start of your event
Facility Fee Includes:
- Basic Building Services (Lighting, Heat/AC, Cleaning of the space and restrooms before and during your event)
- Security Guard present during event
- Self-service coat racks if needed (Coat Check is available at an extra cost)
- Logo on TVs (Content guidelines will be provided)
Parking:
- Self Parking - On non-event days surface lots/garage vary from $6.00-$8.00 (surface lots are free after 5:00PM)
- Hosted Parking - Client provides vouchers for guests (contact Event Manager for cost)
