Q: Is Credit Card Entry different from Paperless Tickets?
A: Nope, it’s the same thing – just a new name.
Q: How does Credit Card Entry work?
A: Easy – the card you used to buy your ticket is your ticket. Just show that card at the entrance; they’ll swipe it to find your purchase and print a seat locator slip.
Q: I bought tickets for friends – can we get in separately?
A: If you bought for a group, you have enter as a group, with your credit card. No seat locator slips may be left at will call.
Q: What if I bought the tickets but I’m not going to the event?
A: The credit card the tickets were purchased with can be given to the person you bought the tickets for or you can walk your group to the entrance and show your credit card to get them in and you leave the venue.
Q: What if the credit card I used expires before the event?
A: Just bring the old card, or the replacement card with the same account number. Go straight to the box office for help. We will match up all the account information with you present, and if it matches, we will print tickets to get you in
