and here is some info you may want to know!
Important Health & Safety Event Updates:
- Please note this show is requiring all fans to provide proof of full vaccination (14 days post final shot) OR PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event for entry and to wear a mask at all times during the concert unless actively eating or drinking.
- All fans must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before (time stamped and dated NO earlier than 10-12-21 at 6PM ET) entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering PPG Paints Arena OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card.
- Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry (time stamped and dated NO earlier than 10-12-21 at 6PM ET) to the facility and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
- Unvaccinated fans over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility (time stamped and dated NO earlier than 10-12-21 at 6PM ET), and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
There will be no exceptions to these policies

Stop by the pop-up store on Fifth Avenue starting the day before! The pop-up store is open from 2 PM – 9 PM on October 13th and will open at 2PM on October 14th
What is the General Admission (GA) process?
- STARTING TIME: At 12 PM (NOON), guests will be allowed to line up for both GA Pits outside of the Highmark Entrance on Centre Avenue
- NO CAMPING: For the safety of all guests, camping is not allowed. Arriving at 12 PM (NOON) on show date is the earliest allowable arrival for visiting fans. We cannot store or allow in any lawn chairs/blankets/backpacks etc. No public restrooms are available onsite.
- LOCATION: Guests will only receive wristbands from a credentialed PPG Paints Arena security employee at the Highmark Entrance of PPG Paints Arena
- ONE PROCESS: This is the only process approved for GA entry. No additional arrangements can be honored at this time.
Can I camp out for the General Admission (GA) line?
For the safety of all guests, camping on PPG Paints Arena property is not allowed. Arriving at the start time listed on the official GA process is the earliest allowable arrival for visiting fans.
Where will General Admission (GA) fans enter the arena?
Fans will line up and enter at the Highmark Gate
(off of Centre Avenue)
What should I know about showing proof of vaccination?
Please note this show is requiring all fans to provide proof of full vaccination OR PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event for entry.
The final dose of all vaccinations should be received 14 days prior to the show date.
Final dose should be received by Sept. 30 for the show on October 14th.
Will at-home tests be accepted?
The tour requires the test is ‘date and time stamped’ and since most at-home tests don’t have that ability, we will not accept at home tests. Fans should be getting a test from a lab within 48 hours of your show date to be safe.
If I am dropping someone off, where is the best place?
Near the corner of Fullerton Street on Wylie Avenue - across from the F.N.B. Gate is ideal for drop off’s with less traffic congestion.
Are you allowed to bring in cameras?
NO professional cameras (NOTHING WITH A DETACHABLE LENS) are permitted into the venue. Camera Phones are permitted to be used.
