RMU Conference Center

The RMU Conference Center offers a multi-functional space to hold your next conference or meeting.

This elegantly furnished and functionally designed location is ideal for corporate and social events.  The Conference Center can go from one large room to four individual rooms.  These state-of-the-art adjacent meeting rooms ensure comfort for an intimate group of 10 or a large group of 200 by simply removing or adding the dividing wall.  The four rooms each have HD projectors with screens that can easily be connected to any laptop and are equipped with surround sound speakers.  Additional audio/visual equipment is available upon request. 

One Room – A, B, C, or D

  • Capacity – Banquet Rounds 30 guests, Classroom 32 guests, Reception 50 guests, Theater 50 guests
  • Rental Fee - $850 (4 hour rental), $1,000 (all-day event)
  • Capacity is dependent on event type. Capacity could change due to the need of stages, buffet tables, dance floors, AV, displays, etc.

All Four Rooms – A, B, C, & D

  • 2,700sq
  • Capacity – Banquet Rounds 120 guests, Classroom 112 guests, Reception 200 guests, Theater 200 guests
  • Rental Fee - $2,500 (4 hour rental), $2,750 (all-day event)
  • Capacity is dependent on event type. Capacity could change due to the need of stages, buffet tables, dance floors, AV, displays, etc.
