-Parking will be available in the CONSOL Energy Center Parking Lots (North Lot, East Lot, South Lot, West Lot and Melody Tent Lot) and Parking Garage for $10. Please click here for directions and parking maps.
-Accessible parking is available in the CONSOL Energy Center North Lot, South Lot, East Lot and Garage. A state-issued hangtag or license plate is required and spaces are limited, so an early arrival is recommended.
-All parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Guests who have pre-purchased parking are guaranteed a space in their designated lot.
-ADA drop-off is available along the inside curb of the streets surrounding the building. Guests will have access to escalators and elevators upon having their tickets scanned.

-CONSOL Energy Center gates are scheduled to open one hour prior to your show.

-Register your child with our Tag-A-Kid program at Guest Services near Section 104. Your child will receive a wristband including a parent's name, cell phone number and seat location.
-CONSOL Energy Center allows only small personal still-cameras equipped with 3 inch lens or smaller. Cameras with detachable lenses or flashes are not permitted. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited in the building.

-Closed captioning devices will be available for the Saturday, March 2 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM performances. Guests may visit Guest Services located behind Section 104 to pick up a device. Guests will be asked to leave their photo ID or credit card to be held until the device is returned at the conclusion of the event.
-The following items are not permitted into CONSOL Energy Center: Video recorders, audio recorders, or other similar electronic devices; laser pointers or weapons; backpacks or large bags, large umbrellas and outside food or beverage.
-Our Guest Services Room is located near Section 104. Guest Service Booths are also available on both concourse levels.
